Sex is holy – Angel Christopher

Provocative and sensual Nollywood actress and scriptwriter, Angel Christopher, has a knack for proffering solutions to issues concerning marriage and sex on social media, even when most of her fans and followers don’t always agree with her.

Some have even chided her to desist from playing a specialist from an area she has no firsthand knowledge of since she’s single but all these have fallen on the deaf ears of the ass-flaunting diva.

In a recent post on her Instagram, Angel reeled out a long narrative on the importance of sex in marriage, affirming that it is wrong to ascribe negativity with sex, especially when it involves couples bound by nuptial oaths

“A lot of people don’t associate sex with God – they associate it with Satan and darkness as if sex is not holy,” she began and backed up her summation with the Holy Bible and some home-brewed wisdom.

“The Bible is explicit when it comes to sex. Sex is holy within marriage, and there is no prescribed style. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that the missionary position is the only sexual style. Not discussing sex in a marriage is a bad thing.

Women, wake up from your slumber, if he’s not doing the styles with you, he’s definitely doing it with someone else, gone are those days when they say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, now, the way to a man’s heart is how you respect and satisfy him in bed. Men love sex”, she added, with a raunchy picture of herself in bed, brimming with a mischievous smirk.

‘Black Panther’ again slays North American box office

Disney’s “Black Panther” sunk its claws into the top spot once again this weekend at the North American box office, taking an estimated $108 million, industry estimates showed Sunday.

Black Panther

Following a record-shattering opening weekend — raking in $242.2 million — the frenzy to see the 18th entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe continued, bringing total earnings to an astronomical $400 million in just 10 days, according to tracker Exhibitor Relations.

Its global take is now more than $700 million.

The film has yet to open in China or Japan. It is only the fourth movie ever to make more than $100 million in its second weekend, joining “Star Wars:

The Force Awakens,” “Jurassic World” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” according to Disney, which owns Marvel Studios. Directed by Ryan Coogler,

“Black Panther” features an almost entirely black cast led by Chadwick Boseman as the first non-white superhero to get his own standalone movie in the franchise.

Starring alongside the likes of Michael B Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o and Daniel Kaluuya, Boseman plays the titular superhero also known as T’Challa, king and protector of Wakanda, a technologically advanced, affluent, never-colonized utopia in Africa.

In at an anything-but-close second place was newly-released dark comedy “Game Night,” with $16.6 million. Featuring Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams, the film follows a group of friends whose game night descends into a murder mystery.

Dropping one place into third was “Peter Rabbit,” based on Beatrix Potter’s classic children’s book. Sony’s family-friendly offering brought in $12.5 million in its third week in theaters. Paramount’s new science fantasy horror “Annihilation” was off to a weak start, debuting in fourth place at only $11 million. Starring Natalie Portman, the film — based on the novel by Jeff VanderMeer — tells the story of a team of military scientists who go into a quarantined zone known as “The Shimmer.”

Finally, in at fifth was “Fifty Shades Freed” — the last film in the trilogy based on the wildly successful novels by EL James — with takings of $6.9 million.

Rounding out the top 10 were: “Jumanji:

Welcome to the Jungle” ($5.65 million)

“The 15:17 to Paris” ($3.6 million)

“The Greatest Showman” ($3.4 million)

“Every Day” ($3 million) “Early Man” ($1.7 million)

APC won’t exist in South-East beyond 2019 – PDP

APC won’t exist in South-East beyond 2019 – PDP

ENUGU – PEOPLES Democratic Party, PDP, has boasted that it will reclaim all elective positions in the South-East in the forthcoming 2019 general elections.

The opposition party spoke weekend in Enugu while inaugurating the PDP Youth Alliance, South-East zone.

They were inaugurated by the national coordinator, Dr. Charles Omini on behalf of the national leadership of the PDP.

Chinedu Nwamba, member representing Nsukka East Constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly was inaugurated as the South-East coordinator of the PDP group.

Omini said right from 1999, the South-East had been a PDP zone, until few mistakes were made which led to the taking over of two States by other political party.

He, however, said with the abysmal performance of the President Muhammadu Buhari’s government, it would be an easy ride for PDP in 2019.

“Within the last three years, all has not been well with Nigeria; we ended up having a situation where we put a bad tyre in a new vehicle.

“We delivered our mandate to a party that has now unleashed killer Fulani herdsmen on all of us; a party that has taken the country 60 percent backward.

“They thrive in making the people of this country suffer and that is why as we speak, they have plan to even make a litre of fuel N300.

“This is a government that claimed it came to fight corruption but look at all the indices, including the report from the Transparency International. They have failed in all areas- economy, security, anti-corruption.

“So, with the mandate we have, and the capable hands we are inaugurating here today, the APC will not exist in the South-East beyond 2019. Let us consolidate on the campaign they have already done for us, which is over 80 percent”,

he said. In a remark, Nwamba vowed that it was a time for the PDP to take over its mandate in the entire South-East, stressing “they have even done the campaigns for us in those non PDP States; so we shall go there to mobilize our people, have structures in all the polling booths, and retake the areas.”

“The assurance we are giving the people of the South-East is that when PDP takes over the mantle of leadership at the national level, we are not going to disappoint them. “Having said this, I urge Biafra agitators to stop discouraging people from obtaining their permanent voters’ card. For now, Biafra has not come, so they should key into the policies of the Nigerian government. Let us go and collect our PVCs, that is the power we have.

“We all know that the South-East States have been forgotten and neglected by the federal government, that is part of the reason for the agitation, but we assure them that if they give the PDP the chance to come back to power, we will no longer hear about marginalization because PDP is not a sectional party, it is a national party, they are not sentimental”, Nwamba further stated.

Many popular young Nigerian musicians have sold their souls to Satan – Skid Ikemefuna

Veteran gospel singer, Skid Ikemefuna, who describes himself as an Ambassador for Christ opened a can of worms a couple of days ago when he posted on his Facebook page that “Many popular young Nigerian musicians have sold their souls to Satan for fame and money”. Immediately the post was shared, people invaded his timeline, demanding to know what his proofs were.

•Skid Ikemefuna

The gospel singer who lost his wife in a motor accident four years ago defended himself by urging people who attacked him on his summation to Google “Illuminati”

“Please Google Illuminati… Nigerian members, actors, musicians, pastors. Visit YouTube,” he said.

In other posts the singer reiterated his claim by stating, “ You will be amazed at how many Nigerian musicians that are members of Illuminati”.
He mentioned Kanye West, Jay Z and others as being members of Illuminati, claiming the Beyonce’s beau has even confessed that he is a member of Illuminati.

Recall that Jay Z’s album of 2017 heated up the Illuminati theory with the track song “4:44”, with people interpreting the title of the song as a sign of the singer affirming his membership of the secret society. When the argument was nearly tearing the world apart, Jay Z waded in that “4:44” was so titled because it was the time he got up in the morning to write the song.

Many Nigerian singers, politicians and even pastors have been accused of being members of the society. D’Banj, P-Square, Wizkid, Tonto Dikeh, 2Face Idibia and a host of others have not been spared.

According to Wikipedia, The Illuminati is a name given to several groups, both real and fictitious. Historically, the name usually refers to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded on 1 May 1776. The society’s goals were to oppose superstition, obscurantism, religious influence over public life, and abuses of state power.
