Italian police mistook us for minors – Aki, Paw-Paw

Popular Nollywood actors, born Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme but better known as Aki and Pawpaw, have revealed their most embarrassing moment.
According to the duo who recently chatted with newsmen, they were embarrassed by some Italian policemen who mistook them for minors.
In what the actors with a great sense of humor tagged ‘a mix of comedy and embarrassment’, they said, “apart from mistaking us for minors, the Italian police had threatened to arrest our promoter for not using baby carrier for us in the car.
The movie stars recalled that they had arrived Italy in company of comedian Julius Agwu for a show, and they were picked up from the airport by their promoter, who was driving them to the hotel they were to lodge when the policemen stopped them at a checkpoint.
The well-known pint-sized actors said they had to alight from the car, show their Nigerian passports to the policemen before they ever believed that they are adults with the physical frame of a child.
According to Chinedu (Aki), “I still remember that day and the feeling vividly.
“It was funny,” he quipped, adding that “since then, Julius Agwu has been using the incident as joke in some events.
“But people don’t know that it’s a true life story,” he added comically.

Nigerians full of hate speech, Jealousy an epidemic – Adenuga

Nigerians full of hate speech, Jealousy an epidemic –

Adenuga

Billionaire son, Paddy Adenuga who was recently trolled online following the release of his near acquisition of a Chevron facility in Netherland has attacked Nigerians again.
This time around, Adenuga has condemned the increasing rate of hate speech by Nigerians on the internet.
According to Paddy Adenuga, Nigerians spend so much energy on hate speeches and being envious of someone else’s success.
He further advised Nigerians to channel energy spent on hateful speeches to making their life better.
Adenuga on his Twitter page wrote: My advice for you today.. live for yourself first.. except if you have children then live for them but if you don’t.. live for yourself first and not for anybody else.. we are all here on earth on borrowed time.. when your time is gone.. thats it. live your life, my people
“Bad belle (jealousy) is such an epidemic in #Nigeria so much energy spent being hateful and envious of someone else’s success or pedigree when that same energy could be applied to making one’s life better or doing positive things.. #GOD help us
“The laws of the universe are simple. you put out negative energy, it always comes back I personally have never met a prosperous hater but I guess for some people there is a warped pleasure in spiteful envy nothing good can come from a heart of hatred and jealousy .”
